Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through dgmfitness.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Physical Products (Apparel, Equipment, etc.)

We accept returns and issue refunds for physical merchandise under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Refund Amount: We will refund the full product price to your original payment method once the item is inspected and approved.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Due to the nature of instant access and downloadable content, our policy for digital purchases is as follows:

General Rule: All sales of digital products and services are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or a subscription period has begun.
Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time to prevent future billing. You will retain access until the end of the current paid billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial-month or partial-year usage.
Technical Failure: A refund will only be considered if a verifiable, critical technical issue prevents you from accessing the product and DGM Fitness is unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days of notification.

Include your Order Number, the item name, and a detailed reason for the request.
We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
