All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Devon, UK on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays). We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to Europe and America. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

DGM Fitness is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please also save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
